Dryridge Estate ‘FRANCOISE’ Rosé 2025 from Dryridge Estate in the Megalong Valley is a beautifully composed, dry Australian rosé that combines bright summer fruit with savoury, oyster-shell detail and refreshing Blue Mountains finesse.

Strawberry and watermelon aromas open with a pretty rose-petal lift, followed by tangy lemonade, subtle creaminess and a distinctive saline mineral edge. The palate is crisp, dry and gently textural, with juicy red-fruit flavour balanced by savoury tension and a clean, mouth-watering finish.

Serve the Dryridge Estate Francoise Rosé lightly chilled with sashimi, smoked salmon, roast chicken or barbecue quail. It is an effortless long-lunch rosé with enough structure for food, yet plenty of bright, refreshing charm for sunny afternoons, grazing platters and easy entertaining.
