Collector Night Watch Grenache from Collector Wines in South Australia is a beautifully expressive, medium-bodied red that brings bright fruit, spice and savoury nuance into perfect balance, and this Night Watch Grenache 2021 immediately entices with lifted aromas, lush colour and supple texture that make it ideal for both relaxed meals and special gatherings.
The nose shows ripe raspberry, red cherry and plum with hints of sweet spice, dried herbs and gentle earthiness, while the palate is medium bodied with juicy fruit, fine tannins and a long, savoury finish that carries a touch of pepper and herbal complexity. This Grenache is all about vibrant fruit expression and seamless balance.
It is a superb match for pork loin, grilled chicken, pizza with rustic toppings or charcuterie boards, and it also works beautifully with Mediterranean dishes and light stews. Serve slightly below room temperature and enjoy a red that feels both engaging and delicious.
