Fiano Wine

Fiano is a Mediterranean white that’s gaining serious momentum in Australia, especially in regions like McLaren Vale and the Hunter Valley. It’s known for its vibrant citrus and stone fruit flavours—think mandarin, melon, lemon rind—alongside nutty, herbal, and smoky spice notes with a touch of hazelnut. Light-bodied with lively acidity, Fiano can be enjoyed young for its fresh, aromatic charm or aged to reveal richer, more complex layers. Its texture and versatility make it a perfect match for seafood, creamy pasta, and even richer poultry dishes, offering a refreshing alternative to more common whites.
