Paisley Linen Fiano 2025, crafted by Derek Fitzgerald from Barossa Valley fruit, is a bright, textured white that delivers ripe stone fruit, citrus energy and a salty, almond-flecked finish with real Mediterranean charm.

Nectarine, pear and lime rise from the glass, followed by orange peel, blossom, hazelnut and softly spiced almond notes. The Paisley Wines Linen Fiano 2025 is fruit-forward and juicy, with green apple freshness, savoury herbs and a mouth-watering mineral line.

Match it with grilled prawns, calamari, lemony chicken skewers, spaghetti vongole, salty prosciutto or a zucchini and ricotta tart. Its bright citrus and saline texture shine with seafood and Mediterranean flavours, making this a cracking white for long lunches and warm evenings.
