About this product

Eisenstone Greenock Shiraz SR801 2023, made by Stephen Cook from the Matcheoss Vineyard west of Greenock Creek in Barossa Valley, is a complete, powerful Shiraz with deep red-soil richness, plush fruit and muscular structure.

Deep ruby red, it offers bright raspberry and strawberry aromas, framed by vanilla, subtle oak and darker hints of blackberry, plum and ironstone. The Eisenstone SR801 Greenock Shiraz 2023 is full-bodied and rounded, with concentrated fruit and supple tannins delivering great depth without losing poise.

Match it with smoked beef ribs, flame-grilled porterhouse, slow-cooked lamb shanks or aged cheddar. Its generous fruit and structured tannins relish the richness of serious barbecue and slow cooking, making it an impressive red to decant for a feast or cellar with confidence.
