Joseph Cattin Pinot Gris 2024 is a rich, expressive Alsace Pinot Gris from the historic Cattin family, whose vineyards sit around Voegtlinshoffen, Steinbach and Colmar in northeast France. Round, fragrant and generously flavoured, it shows why Alsatian Pinot Gris is such a superb choice for richer food and relaxed entertaining.
Crisp apple and orchard blossom lead the nose, joined by apricot, honey, verbena, subtle florals and a gentle spicy lift. The 2024 Joseph Cattin Pinot Gris is juicy and balanced, with ripe stone fruit, a rounded, slightly oily texture and moderate acidity. A touch of sweetness and a long, softly spiced finish give it real warmth and immediate appeal.
Serve Joseph Cattin Pinot Gris 2024 with grilled pork, sausages, roast chicken, pork belly, mild curries or a creamy mushroom tart. Its honeyed apricot fruit and gentle spice make it excellent with white meats and richer sauces, while the freshness keeps each mouthful lively. Enjoy well chilled now through 2028.
