Velo Wines Rosé 2026 is a bright, hand-crafted Tasmanian rosé from Velo Wines in Legana’s Tamar Valley, where cool conditions and carefully handled fruit shape a crisp, modern style. Made by a small family-run producer with vineyard roots dating to 1966, it is made for relaxed afternoons and smart food matches.
Fresh strawberry, watermelon and raspberry notes lead, lifted by pink grapefruit, rose petal and a subtle mineral edge. The palate is dry and lively, with a gentle berry sweetness balanced by mouth-watering natural acidity. Velo Rosé 2026 finishes clean, delicate and seriously refreshing, begging for another pour.
Match this Tamar Valley rosé with prawn skewers, smoked salmon, prosciutto and melon, or a tomato and burrata salad.
