Velo Wines Riesling 2025 is a refined Tamar Valley white from Velo Wines at Legana, Tasmania, bringing cool-climate precision and a thrilling citrus snap to the glass. This is a clean, focused Riesling with enough intensity for the keen wine drinker and enough freshness to win over a crowd.

Lively lime and bright citrus take centre stage, with lemon, green apple, chalky mineral notes and a whisper of florals adding detail. The palate is dry, tight and well structured, driven by brisk natural acidity and a long, refreshing finish. Velo Riesling 2025 is beautifully balanced and built to drink now or cellar.

Pair this Tasmanian Riesling with freshly shucked oysters, Thai green curry, pork dumplings or chilli-salted squid. Its piercing lime acidity loves heat, salt and fresh seafood, while the crisp mineral line keeps aromatic dishes beautifully tidy.
