XO Wine Co Fiano 2025 is a characterful Adelaide Hills white from Greg Clack, delivering the ripe orchard fruit, savoury almond detail and creamy texture that make Fiano such a brilliant alternative to Chardonnay. This is a small-batch wine with Mediterranean warmth and unmistakable cool-climate freshness.

Yellow pear, green apple, lemon, guava and cantaloupe aromatics spill into jasmine, elderflower and dried-herb notes, while a waxy, gently nutty palate adds serious interest. The XO Wine Co Adelaide Hills Fiano finishes dry and mouth-watering, with bright acidity, sea-spray salinity and a fine pithy grip keeping everything beautifully focused.
