Wicks Estate Pinot Gris 2025 from Wicks Estate is a vibrant Adelaide Hills white with far more personality than the average easy-drinker, combining juicy fruit, flinty complexity and a crisp, dry finish. This 93-point cool-climate Pinot Gris is bright, expressive and built for immediate enjoyment.

Pineapple jube opens the Wicks Estate 2025 Pinot Gris, followed by green pear, citrus, apple and stone-fruit notes. A subtle struck-match and flinty edge adds intrigue, while gentle spice and savoury detail bring excellent palate depth. Fresh acidity holds the fruit in line, finishing clean, dry and wonderfully moreish.

Match this Adelaide Hills Pinot Gris with brunch plates, yum cha, salt-and-pepper squid, fish tacos or a fragrant chicken salad.
