Wicks Estate Sauvignon Blanc 2025 is a brilliant Adelaide Hills refresher from Wicks Estate, bursting with cool-climate brightness, tropical lift and the polished, crowd-pleasing style this family producer does so well. Fresh, energetic and effortlessly drinkable, it is the bottle to reach for whenever the sun is out.
Crisp green apple drives the opening, joined by passionfruit, guava, tangelo, lime and tropical fruit aromas. The Wicks Estate 2025 Sauvignon Blanc is racy and vibrant on the palate, carrying excellent fruit intensity with a touch of mid-palate texture. Its finish is clean, elegant and zesty, inviting another lively sip.
