Rymill The Yearling Rosé 2025 is a lively, estate-grown Merlot rosé from Rymill Coonawarra, showing off the region’s bright fruit, crisp freshness and effortless drinkability in a bottle built for sunshine and sharing.

The Rymill The Yearling Rosé 2025 pours a pretty peach-pink, with strawberries, fresh pear and citrus leaping from the glass. Juicy summer berry fruit fills the palate, while grapefruit zest and bright acidity bring a clean, dry snap. A lightly creamy mid-palate gives this rosé extra generosity without losing its refreshing edge.

Serve this Coonawarra rosé with salmon tartare, grilled prawns, goat’s cheese crostini or a charcuterie board. It is equally at home with spicy chicken skewers and picnic salads.
