Josef Chromy Pepik Pinot Noir 2024 from Josef Chromy in Northern Tasmania is a bright, spicy cool-climate Pinot with plush dark fruit, lifted red berry perfume and finely structured tannins. Named for Josef Chromy’s childhood nickname, it brings character, charm and serious Tasmanian freshness to the table.

Raspberry, red cherry, mulberry and cranberry aromas weave through dried citrus peel, frangipani, Medina spice and a gentle forest-floor note. The palate is generous and juicy, layering dark cherry and blackcurrant with fresh raspberry acidity, savoury spice and supple, fine tannins. Josef Chromy Pepik Pinot Noir finishes focused, long and moreish.

Serve Josef Chromy Pepik Pinot Noir 2024 with roast duck, pork schnitzel, grilled salmon, mushroom pizza or miso-glazed eggplant. Its juicy fruit, fragrant spice and bright acidity flatter earthy and umami-rich dishes beautifully. A superb, easy-going Tasmanian Pinot for relaxed dinners and casual entertaining.
