It is brilliantly distinctive, yet refreshingly easy to enjoy.
Lemon zest, elderflower, green apple and pink grapefruit burst forward, layered with peach skin, yellow nectarine and crushed-quartz minerality. The Aptitude Contact Theory Riesling Cortese 2024 then shifts into green tea, ginger blossom, nutty kernel and a gently honeyed note, with fine skin-derived grip broadening the finish.
