About this product
Battles Wines Pinot Noir 2025 from Lance Parkin’s Porongurup parcel in the Great Southern is a vibrant first-release Pinot, combining bright cherry fruit, forest-floor savour and fine granitic structure with real elegance.
Cherry, raspberry and blackcurrant lead the aromatics, lifted by grapefruit zest, dried flowers and spice, with a gentle earthy note underneath. The palate is fine and energetic, carrying pure red fruit through supple tannins, vibrant acidity and subtle French oak to a long, savoury finish.
Battles Wines Pinot Noir is excellent with roast duck, glazed pork belly, grilled salmon, mushroom risotto or roast quail. Serve lightly chilled and enjoy it youthful for its vivid fruit and freshness, or put a few bottles away to allow its savoury complexity to build.
