It is deceptively full-bodied, yet still carries the freshness and finesse that make Gippsland reds so compelling.
Good fruit, spice and a subtle wintergreen note sit at the core, with bright acidity giving the palate real drive. Plentiful tannins bring shape and grip without flattening the wine’s vibrancy. The 2024 Lightfoot Minotaur Pinot Noir Shiraz is tangy, juicy and intense, balancing fragrant Pinot character with Shiraz depth.
