Tamar Ridge Estate Pinot Noir 2024 is a beautifully poised Tasmanian red from Tamar Ridge, capturing the Tamar Valley’s cool-climate freshness in a graceful, layered Pinot with bright red fruit, savoury spice and fine-boned structure.
The Tamar Ridge Estate Pinot Noir 2024 shows raspberry, redcurrant, strawberry and dark cherry, set against dried herbs, subtle spice and earthy savoury notes. The palate is silky and well concentrated, with fine soft tannins and lively acidity giving the fruit definition. It finishes long and persistent, with delicious ripe berry detail.
Serve this Tamar Valley Pinot Noir with roast duck breast, herb-crusted pork loin, seared salmon or mushroom risotto. It is also a cracking match for charcuterie, truffle dishes and soft-rind cheese. Refined enough for a special dinner yet effortlessly drinkable, this is classic Tasmanian Pinot with real elegance in every glass.
