Tamar Ridge Single Block Kayena Pinot Noir 2024 is an elegant, limited Tasmanian Pinot from Tamar Ridge’s Kayena Vineyard, crafted from the D4V2 clone to showcase the Tamar Valley’s fine-boned structure, vivid fruit and remarkable ageing potential.
The Tamar Ridge Kayena Pinot Noir 2024 opens with dark cherry, wild strawberry and red plum, layered with rose petal, forest floor, warm spice and a fine mineral line. The palate is poised and harmonious, with bright acidity, silky tannins and savoury oak detail bringing precision, length and real finesse.
Serve this Tamar Valley Pinot Noir with roast duck, herb-crusted lamb, seared salmon or wild mushroom risotto. Its refined structure also suits truffle dishes, charcuterie and soft-rind cheese. A graceful, single-block Australian Pinot that will impress now with a little air and continue to develop beautifully in the cellar.
