Rockburn ‘Eleven Barrels’ Pinot Noir 2023 is a powerful single-vineyard Central Otago release from Rockburn’s Parkburn Vineyard, selected from the barrels that most clearly express the site’s dark fruit, mineral tension and serious cellaring potential.

Rockburn Eleven Barrels Pinot Noir 2023 is dark and moody, with black cherry, ripe plum and thyme lifted by wildflowers, clove, cinnamon and savoury earth. French oak adds subtle smoke and spice, while plush yet finely structured tannins carry the wine through a long, polished finish with bright natural acidity.

Decant this Parkburn Pinot Noir for roast duck, venison loin, herb-crusted lamb or porcini risotto. It is also superb with truffle dishes and aged hard cheese. Beautiful now with an hour of air, this is a refined Central Otago Pinot that will gain savoury complexity over the next decade.
