Paritua Stone Paddock Chardonnay 2025 from Hawke’s Bay is a poised, lightly oaked white that delivers ripe fruit character with a polished Kiwi ease, making it an especially appealing Chardonnay for everyday drinking or smarter entertaining.

Ripe peach, stonefruit and pineapple are lifted by citrus, vanilla and a creamy edge, with subtle nougat and grapefruit adding extra detail. Paritua Stone Paddock Chardonnay 2025 has a smooth, supple palate, fresh acidity and a lingering finish that keeps the wine feeling bright and composed.

It pairs beautifully with roast chicken, grilled prawns, creamy pasta or seafood risotto, where its fruit weight and citrus freshness can really flex. This is a dry, medium-bodied Chardonnay with a gentle oak frame, offering generous flavour, balance and a very easy sell.
