Rouleur Ronda Nero d’Avola – A bold, single-vineyard expression from Rouleur Wines, crafted with fruit from the Zerella home block in Maslins Beach, McLaren Vale. Offering typically intense aromas of cranberry, plum, and cherry cola, with lifted notes of sour cherry tang, Mediterranean spice and black olive. The palate is vibrant and juicy, textured by fine dusty tannins and underpinned by bright acid, finishing with saline minerals and a savoury edge. Fermented wild with minimal intervention, this wine captures both elegance and power. Alcohol ~13.2%. Excellent now with BBQ meats or hearty Italian fare; cellaring potential 3-5 years.
