Benjamin Leroux Côte de Nuits-Villages 2022 is a quintessential Burgundy red from a hillside vineyard in Comblanchien, just south of Nuits-St-Georges. This organic-certified vineyard delivers a fresh, juicy, and elegant wine with bright red berry, cherry, and subtle spice aromas. The palate is silky with fine tannins, lively acidity, and a long, vibrant finish, exemplifying balance and finesse despite the warm, dry vintage. It is highly praised by critics for its transparency of terroir and is ideal as a sophisticated restaurant red. Campbell Mattinson gave it 93 points, noting its charm and freshness.
