About this product
AUSTRALIA WIDE FREE SHIPPING
Unsulphured, unfiltered light-medium bodied red from vines planted in 1985 in Yarra Glen. This Cabernet Sauvignon vineyard is planted with the traditional local clone of SA125 on silt loam soils with a gentle easterly exposure. Beautiful mature vines on this fertile site capture the essence of our escarpment subregion; generosity and ease of character coupled with freshness and restraint. It is Bobar’s Eden.
A light and airy red, full of pomegranate, red currants, bay leaf and moist earth. The palate is fresh, fine grained and delicately structured. Pure and fresh sulphur-free red.
