XO Wine Co Gamay 2025 is a bright, crunchy Adelaide Hills red from the Woodside district, made for chilled pours, lively conversation and anyone who loves fragrant, lighter-bodied Australian reds with serious personality. This is Gamay with pulse, combining juicy fruit, spice and delicious textural detail.

Vibrant raspberry, red cherry and wild strawberry aromas jump from the glass, followed by a distinctive mezcal-like spice and subtle savoury lift. The XO Wine Co Adelaide Hills Gamay is made with 100% whole bunches, 21 days of carbonic maceration and a short open-ferment period, creating a juicy yet gently structured palate.

Serve XO Wine Co Gamay 2025 lightly chilled with charcuterie, fried chicken, mushroom burgers, pork sausages, roast duck or salmon straight from the barbecue.
