XO Wine Co Grenache 2024 is a bold yet refined McLaren Vale release from Greg Clack, bringing together three distinct vineyard parcels to express the region’s sandy loam soils, sunny generosity and naturally perfumed Grenache character. This is modern McLaren Vale Grenache with serious flavour, energy and polish.

Blackcurrant, plum and raspberry fruit fill the palate, framed by peppery spice and an enticing savoury edge. A small whole-bunch component lifts the aromatics and reins in the richness, while carbonic maceration adds fragrance and juicy brightness. The XO Wine Co McLaren Vale Grenache 2024 finishes long, fresh and velvety.

Serve XO Wine Co Grenache 2024 with slow-roasted lamb shoulder, sticky pork ribs, chargrilled beef, duck breast or a mushroom and lentil bake. Its ripe fruit and refined tannins also suit a generous antipasto platter. Decant briefly, pour just below room temperature and watch this expressive red disappear quickly.
