Wooing Tree Rosé 2023 (Winemaker: Pip Battley; Pink Moon Vineyard, Central Otago, New Zealand) is a vibrant, 100% Pinot Noir rosé that captures freshness and elegance. Whole-bunch pressed and cold-fermented in stainless steel, it offers lively aromas of rose petals, candy, ripe strawberry, peach and citrus. On the palate it is dry, with bright acidity, crisp texture and a silky mouthfeel followed by a long, refreshing finish. The wine was awarded a Gold Medal at the NZ International Wine Show, and 5 stars each from Sam Kim (Wine Orbit), Michael Cooper, and Raymond Chan. A superb choice for summer sipping or pairing with prawns and goat cheese.
