Made from three red-fleshed Gamay teinturier clones, this biodynamic red brims with energy and depth. It opens with aromas of black cherry, plum, and wild herbs, followed by layers of spice and minerality. The palate is juicy yet structured, framed by fine tannins and a stony freshness that speaks of its volcanic origins.
