Sentio Pinot Noir 2023 by Sentio Wines from the Adelaide Hills is a polished cool climate Pinot that captures purity, finesse and quiet depth.
Fragrant aromas of wild strawberry, cherry and raspberry are layered with rose petal, subtle spice and a hint of forest floor. The palate of this Sentio Pinot Noir 2023 is supple and finely tuned, delivering bright red fruit, gentle savoury complexity and well judged oak that never overwhelms. Fine silky tannins and lively acidity give the wine excellent flow and persistence, making the Sentio Pinot Noir vintage 2023 both immediately appealing and confidently age worthy. It is a refined expression of Adelaide Hills Pinot Noir that rewards a careful pour.
This wine shines with duck, roast chicken or pork, and is equally at home alongside mushroom dishes or soft, washed rind cheeses.
