Cumquat, rosewater, musk and exotic spice lift from the glass, with tangerine, marmalade and citrus peel taking centre stage on the palate. Wild fermentation of whole bunches and 18 days of carbonic maceration create texture and gentle grip, while three months on lees adds a creamy, rounded mouthfeel.
