About this product
Ricasoli Albia Rosé 2024 is a refined Tuscan rosé from Barone Ricasoli, combining Sangiovese’s bright cherry character with Merlot’s soft, rounded charm. Pale pink, fragrant and properly dry, it brings serious freshness and polish to the table, making it a standout aperitivo wine that can easily carry a light meal.
Wild strawberry, red cherry and redcurrant lead the aromas, lifted by rose petal, violet, elderflower and a subtle citrus zest. Ricasoli Albia Rosé 2024 is soft and elegant on entry, then turns crisp and mineral through the palate, with juicy red fruit, racy acidity and excellent persistence on the dry finish.
Pour this Tuscan rosé with grilled prawns dressed in lemon, chilli and oregano, or pair it with tomato bruschetta, burrata, prosciutto and melon. It is equally good beside grilled fish, chicken salads, salmon carpaccio, fresh goat cheese and light pasta dishes. Serve well chilled and let its bright, savoury freshness do the heavy lifting.
