Plantagenet Wyjup Collection Pinot Noir 2024 is an exclusive Mount Barker release from Plantagenet, crafted from Rocky Horror vineyard fruit and limited to just 1,280 individually numbered bottles. It is a polished Great Southern Pinot with serious perfume, savoury depth and a wonderfully silky cool-climate frame.
Cherry liqueur, red plum and rose petal aromas meet baking spice, forest floor and savoury oak, with flashes of choc-cherry, vanilla and cinnamon adding extra allure. The 2024 Plantagenet Wyjup Collection Pinot Noir is rich yet finely detailed, gliding across the palate with supple tannin and poised freshness.
Serve this Mount Barker Pinot Noir with roast duck, crispy pork belly, wild mushroom risotto or cedar-plank salmon. Its fragrant cherry fruit, silky shape and gentle earthy notes make it a standout with autumnal dishes, and a seriously classy bottle to open when the occasion calls for something special.
