Greywacke Riesling 2020 from Marlborough is an off‑dry, highly aromatic riesling that walks a fine line between juicy sweetness and zesty, mouth‑watering acidity. Expect lifted scents of lime blossom, white peach, Granny Smith apple, lemongrass, honeysuckle and a touch of white spice. There’s a gentle sweetness on entry (around kabinett‑style levels) but the natural acidity quickly kicks in, stretching the flavours out into a long, vibrant finish.

On the palate, Greywacke Riesling 2020 brings together lime, green apple, white‑fleshed peach and anise over hints of wet stone and gunflint, giving both fruit generosity and a cool, mineral edge.
