The Entropy Willow Grove Vineyard Pinot Noir 2023 opens with lifted aromas of wild strawberry, red cherry and cranberry, layered with rose petal, forest floor and subtle spice. Oak is well judged, sitting quietly in the background.
On the palate, the Entropy Willow Grove Vineyard Pinot Noir, 2023 is supple and precise. Bright red fruit flows through a silky frame, supported by fresh acidity and fine, powdery tannins. There is a savoury edge and quiet depth that builds through the finish, making it both elegant and deeply satisfying.
