Pale pink colour. On the nose, the sophisticated winemaking has introduced subtlety and nuance to the bright fruit. The cool 2021 vintage shines through on the fresh palate which really sings; the mouthfeel is soft and rounded and the finish is long, savoury and dry. A classy rosé. Atlantic salmon please.
