Chatto Seven Inch Pinot Noir 2025 from Tasmania is a beautifully vivid cool-climate Pinot, brimming with bright fruit, lifted spice and that distinct struck-flint edge that gives it real energy and character.

The nose opens with pure red plum, raspberry, cranberry and red cherry, then unfolds into cherries, rose petals, alpine herbs, mace, orange rind and a savoury mineral thread. The palate is juicy, layered and finely textured, with silky yet chiselled tannins, vivid acidity and a long, mouth-watering finish that keeps the wine taut and deeply satisfying.

It’s a standout with roast duck, salmon, pork belly, mushroom dishes or charcuterie. Chatto Seven Inch Pinot Noir 2025 has superb poise, finesse and drive, making it an excellent choice for customers after a serious Tasmanian Pinot with immediate appeal and cellaring potential.
