Chain of Ponds Innocence Dry Rosé 2025 is a vibrant Adelaide Hills rosé from Chain of Ponds, blending Pinot Noir and Sangiovese into a pale, dry, modern style. Winemaker Greg Clack has captured that perfect balance of juicy red fruit, cool-climate freshness and subtle savoury detail, making it a proper all-occasion pink.
Rose water, spring blossom and watermelon lift over wild strawberry, raspberry, blueberry and fresh peach. The palate is dry yet deliciously juicy, showing strawberries and cream, citrus, green apple, musk and a fine saline note. Chain of Ponds Innocence Rosé 2025 finishes crisp, refreshing and just savoury enough to keep you returning.
Pair this Adelaide Hills dry rosé with tomato, basil and burrata salad, prawn skewers, sashimi, charcuterie or a sunny antipasto platter.
