Intense ruby red. Cherry and blackberry aromas with hints of black pepper and bitter cocoa, upon a pleasant background of sweet spices. Soft, with elegant tannins and a lingering finish recalling fruits of the forest, cherry and spicy notes. Best served at a temperature of 16-18°C.
Grape variety: Aglianico 85%, Merlot 15%
Region: Campania
Food Pairing: Particularly well-suited to appetisers of cold meats and cheeses, pasta with with rich sauces and flavours, roast meat dishes and pizza.
