About this product
Sentio King Valley Gamay 2025 from Chris Catlow is a bright, energetic Victorian red that channels Beaujolais attitude with a cool‑climate Aussie twist, made from King Valley fruit handled for perfume, crunch and sheer drinkability.
In the glass, Sentio King Valley Gamay 2025 is all dark cherry, raspberry and wild strawberry with rhubarb, dried flowers, a little earth and spice, plus that deliciously sappy, whole‑bunch crunch on a fresh, medium‑light palate with fine, gentle tannins.
On the table it is a natural fit for charcuterie, roast chicken, pork with herbs, duck, mushroom pasta or miso‑glazed eggplant, and it absolutely sings lightly chilled alongside lighter red‑meat dishes, Mediterranean plates and modern Australian share‑food.
