Pepper Tree Limited Release “Four Clones” Chardonnay 2023 is crafted by Head Winemaker Gwyn Olsen from the cool-climate vineyards of Orange, New South Wales. It reveals elegant aromas of white flowers and peach, with soft barrel ferment complexity lending nuances of vanilla and light toast. The palate is crisp and elegant, with nectarine-like acidity driving freshness and a near seamless texture. Minerality is subtle, underpinned by clean stone and red-loam hints from the volcanic soils of Mt Canobolas.
