Greenstone Estate Series Shiraz 2019 from Heathcote is a medium to full-bodied wine with rich blackberry and liquorice aromas, layered with black olive, vanillin cedar, and black pepper notes. The palate is generous with dark chocolate, spicy pepper, and subtle earthiness, featuring a ripe, opulent feel with sturdy tannins and a medium to long peppered finish. This wine balances volume, complexity, and finesse with good aging potential through 2027.
