Cape Mentelle Rosé 2026 is a vibrant Margaret River beauty from Cape Mentelle, blending Shiraz and Pinot Noir into a pale salmon-pink rosé that feels like summer in a glass. Bright, savoury and brilliantly refreshing, it is made for sunny lunches, sunset picnics and long afternoons outdoors.

Raspberry, watermelon, pomegranate and cranberry lead the charge, with rose petal, goji berry, pink salt and crushed limestone adding serious intrigue. Cape Mentelle Sixteen Hectares Rosé 2026 is juicy and textural, balanced by crunchy acidity, fresh salinity and a crisp mineral finish that keeps every sip lively.

Serve this Margaret River rosé with grilled halloumi drizzled in thyme honey, prosciutto-wrapped asparagus, fresh prawns or salmon sashimi. Its bright red fruit and savoury edge also love duck breast with pomegranate, Mediterranean salads and soft goat’s cheese, making it a cracker for warm-weather entertaining.
