Bimbadgen Growers Semillon 2025 is a bright, youthful Hunter Valley white from Bimbadgen, shaped by a warm season and cool nights that preserved the crisp natural acidity Semillon lovers chase. It is fresh, pure and seriously easy to enjoy, with all the classic regional zip you want.
Lemon and lime zest lead the charge, with green apple, pear, lemongrass, cut herbs and delicate white florals adding lift. Bimbadgen Growers Semillon 2025 is light and racy through the palate, delivering citrus-sorbet freshness, a subtle savoury edge and a clean, mouth-watering finish.
Serve this Hunter Valley Semillon with oysters, fresh prawns, sashimi, salt-and-pepper squid or grilled flathead. Its crisp acidity also works brilliantly with goat’s cheese, green papaya salad and Thai seafood dishes, making it a ripper choice for warm afternoons, casual lunches and seafood feasts.
