About this product

Bimbadgen Growers Chardonnay 2024 is a polished Hunter Valley white from Bimbadgen, combining ripe orchard fruit, French-oak spice and refreshing regional acidity. Ten months in seasoned French oak give this crowd-pleasing Chardonnay a smooth, textural feel without taking away its bright fruit focus.

White peach, rockmelon and nectarine mingle with citrus, soft vanilla and delicate toast. Bimbadgen Growers Chardonnay 2024 is medium-bodied and rounded, with creamy stone-fruit flavour, subtle oak and lively acidity creating a clean, balanced finish that stays fresh from the first sip to the last.

Serve this Hunter Valley Chardonnay with roast chicken, grilled barramundi, creamy pasta or seared scallops. Its bright citrus line is terrific with lemony seafood and grilled haloumi, while the fuller texture pairs beautifully with pork cutlets, corn fritters and Brie.
