About this product

ChaLou Pinot Noir 2025 from Nadja Wallington and Steve Mobbs’ 900-metre Orange estate is a succulent, lighter-bodied cool-climate red brimming with tart red fruit, floral lift and savoury finesse. This is high-altitude Pinot Noir at its most vibrant, pure and dangerously easy to pour.

Pickled cherry, pomegranate juice and young raspberry leap from the glass, followed by rose petal, sweet spice and a faint earthy note. ChaLou Pinot Noir 2025 is fresh and sappy, with a gentle yeasty savouriness, lacy tannins and lifted acidity adding drive to its juicy, featherweight palate.

Serve this Orange Pinot Noir lightly chilled with roast chicken, salmon sashimi, pork schnitzel or mushroom pizza. Its tart red fruit and fine savoury grip pair beautifully with salty, umami-rich dishes, while the lively acidity makes it a smart choice for charcuterie boards, picnics and relaxed long lunches.
