Golding Bel Mosaico Sparkling Pinot Noir Rosé 2023 is a lively Adelaide Hills sparkler from Golding Wines, made from Lenswood Pinot Noir to deliver pretty pink colour, vibrant fruit and refreshing bubbles built for celebrations.
Strawberry, pink grapefruit and watermelon jump from the glass, joined by summer berries, a touch of fresh herbs and crisp green apple. The palate is juicy and bright, with fine, energetic fizz, gentle fruit sweetness and a zesty apple-like acidity that keeps the finish clean, playful and seriously moreish.
