Eisenstone ‘Marananga’ Shiraz SR804 2023, crafted by Stephen Cook from Barossa Valley’s famed Marananga district, is a richly flavoured yet elegant Shiraz, marrying dark-fruit intensity with the sub-region’s lifted aromatics and silky structure.

Black cherry, blackberry and blackcurrant meet dark chocolate, mocha, clove and savoury black olive. The Eisenstone Marananga SR804 Shiraz 2023 is full-bodied and deeply coloured, with vibrant fruit, deft French oak and polished tannins providing real drive through the long finish.

Decant it for lamb shoulder tagine, charred venison, slow-braised beef or fig-glazed pork. Its generous fruit and savoury spice love slow-cooked dishes, while the refined structure makes this an outstanding Barossa red for an impressive dinner or a well-stocked cellar.
