McHenry Hohnen Hazel’s Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon 2018 from Margaret River is a powerful yet beautifully poised single‑site cabernet, certified biodynamic and built for the long haul. Aromas of cassis, cherry confection, violets and cedar mingle with bay leaf, tobacco, cocoa and gravelly earth, giving a distinctly Bordeaux‑like complexity with clear Margaret River lift.

The palate is full‑bodied, concentrated and silky, with juicy acidity, a core of blackcurrant, redcurrant and dark chocolate, and waves of espresso, graphite and savoury earth framed by firm but fine, “willowy” tannins.
