Castelli Estate Pinot Noir 2024 is an elegant, cool-climate Denmark red from Castelli Estate in Western Australia’s Great Southern, combining bright red fruit with a distinctively savoury, whole-bunch edge. It is a beautifully poised Pinot with enough complexity for the wine lover and enough charm for any dinner table.

Sour cherry, raspberry and brambleberry lift from the glass, followed by clove, sage, smoky spice, dried herbs and forest-floor earthiness. Castelli Estate Pinot Noir 2024 is light to medium-bodied and supple, with fine acidity, gently sappy tannins and a savoury mineral line that lingers beautifully.

Serve this Great Southern Pinot Noir with hoisin duck pancakes, roast pork belly, grilled salmon or mushroom risotto. Its fresh red fruit and smoky herb notes are also spot-on with charcuterie, truffled chicken dishes and soft-rind cheese, making it a versatile bottle for relaxed entertaining.
