Yal Yal Estate Chardonnay 2021 from Mornington Peninsula is a refined, cool-climate wine that reflects its unique vineyard terroir with precision. It features classic nectarine, peach, citrus, and subtle stone fruit aromas, backed by delicate oak influence. The palate is medium-bodied with bright acidity, fine mineral texture, and notes of lemon zest and almonds, leading to a clean, vibrant finish. The 2021 vintage is recognized for its balance and elegance, making it perfect for seafood or poultry dishes. Yal Yal Estate is also celebrated for its small-scale, boutique approach to winemaking under the guidance of owners Liz and Simon Gillies and winemaker Rollo Crittenden.
