About this product

Isabel Wild Barrique Chardonnay 2024 from Isabel Estate in Marlborough is a refined single-vineyard Chardonnay from mature Mendoza vines, wild fermented and matured in French oak for layered complexity, quiet power and unmistakable class. It is a superbly poised Kiwi white for serious Chardonnay lovers.

Subtle citrus, white peach and nectarine open into gunflint, smoky oak, citrus blossom and mealy lees notes. The palate is seamless and finely textured, with roasted almond, brioche and vanilla tucked around a taut mineral core. Isabel Estate Wild Barrique Chardonnay finishes long, elegant and quietly powerful.

Serve Isabel Wild Barrique Chardonnay 2024 with roast chicken, butter-poached lobster, seared scallops, grilled barramundi or mushroom risotto. Its creamy texture flatters richer flavours, while the bright citrus and flinty line keep every mouthful fresh. A polished Marlborough Chardonnay for special dinners and considered cellaring.
